Remember…. Eat nuts and use peanut butter and dips sparingly as they are high in fat. Good fat is okay, it’s the hydrogenated and trans fats we want to avoid. We want to avoid an excess of high glycemic carbs, such as crackers, breads, chips, tortillas etc….. they are the problem child! They like to wrap themselves around our tummy’s and hips!!
