Energy Up for Parkinson's is a comprehensive wellness program created by Vickie Aigner, founder and CEO of Alive, Fit & Free, with over 45 years of experience in senior health and fitness. This uplifting class blends rhythmic movement and brain‑stimulating exercises to help you regain control, boost energy, and rediscover joy.
